How can I gain online access to my 401k account? Answer: Every 401k plan now allows you to get account information and make changes online. If you have forgotten your login information or need to get access for the first time, find an old 401k statement. Generally, the website information is on the statement as well as a customer service number which you can call. If you can't find an old plan statement, just call your employers Human Resources department and ask for the person who takes care of the 401k plan.
